Cristina Mocino founded Mocino Hoarding Pros to bring a calmer, more human approach to a job that's usually treated as just another cleaning service. Having seen firsthand how overwhelming a hoarding situation can feel, both for the person living in it and the family trying to help, she built her business around patience first and productivity second.

Every project starts the same way: a conversation, not a checklist. Cristina and her team take the time to understand what matters to the client before anything gets touched, sorted, or removed. Nothing leaves a home without the client's say-so.

How we work

We show up on time, in unmarked vehicles when discretion matters, and we work at a pace that respects the person whose home it is. That might mean one focused afternoon, or it might mean several visits spread over weeks. We adjust to what the situation actually needs, not the other way around.
